Distance from the airport is a plus. Very accessible to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent. Front Desk Service was not good. Front desk receptionist did not show good customer service, not welcoming, don’t even smile. The building is very unsafe, because there is no control from non guest. Anybody can enter the elevator and the room area. Recommend providing key card entry on elevators, just like other Hampton Inn Facilities. Lobby and Hallway is not inviting and no proper lighting. I had a bad experienced last night. I checked in at 11 pm, 3 August 2024. After my daughters left around 1 am, somebody knocked at my door. I waited to hear my daughter’s voice, if it was them. After few seconds I called my daughters to check if it was them knocking at my door, but they gold me no. Got scared, and I was even at the very end of the hallway, very far from the elevator. I called the front desk to inform them, so they can check the area. I was waiting for her to call me back but she did not even give me an update. It was around 3:30 am, 3 Aug. 2024, that I checked out. Before I decided to get out of my room, I called her again to make sure it’s safe. She said it was safe and she did checked after I first informed her and nobody was there. The issue wa, she did not even call me back.
