Holiday Haven offers you the perfect Whitsunday holiday which has been designed to take advantage of the tropical weather where you can sit and enjoy sea breezes and beautiful sunrises. It is perfectly located with only 5 minute drive to the famous Northerlies Beach Bar and Grill in one direction and the heart of Airlie Beach in the other, where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie's famous night life.

Set on a private estate and built on three levels, the views from all areas of the home are outstanding – ocean to the front, rocks to the back and lush green established gardens on each side.

From the entrance level, you walk into a casual lounge area with a spacious kitchen and gas cooktop which is shared with 2 Queen bedrooms a bathroom and laundry.

Making your way up to the second level you are greeted with a large outdoor sun lounge area with adjoining pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, here the views continue across the bay where cooking becomes a pleasure. Sit and relax while enjoying the peace and tranquility. A stroll across the pool area and you are in the main bedroom with a king bed, freestanding bath and shower enclosed with floor to ceiling glass, bringing the outside in. From the master bedroom at night, you will be looking across the pool and the ocean to the lights of Airlie Beach – with so much privacy that you could be miles away.

The third level is accessed via an outdoor stairway taking you to a king ensuite bedroom and to the highest views across the bay, and to the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

The property has a double garage and driveway for a further 2 vehicles.

House overlooking Airlie Beach
Perfect stay. Beds comfortable. View was just amazing on the deck. 3 levels of luxury. Private estate, easy parking and secluded. Very well thought of for guests. So worth the money.
