We stayed on the 3rd floor and the entire hall way and our room REAKED of cigarette and cigar smoke!! I told staff and said they were aware. We didn't have time to move to another room so we dealt with it for the one night stay. With lots of choices of hotels in the area the Hyatt won’t be ours again!!

Good value
The only negative we initially experienced is that the bed was too soft because we were given a handicap-accessible room. After we complained about the bed, the hotel's front desk moved us to a new room for no additional cost. This hotel is good value if you prefer to reside outside of Boston. .The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was first-rate.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good location with lots of food options nearby. Quality bed. Gym could have a couple more equipments (bike). No food service. Overall very comfortable stay.
