STAY HERE. My husband was skeptical when we first pulled up to the building, but the 1918 building has been beautifully kept up. Be sure to ask Darla about its history!

Sooo, we had a MAJOR hassle, becaue Expedia did NOT frwd the appropriate virtual payment method; it took 1 hour to resolve. HOWEVER, Renea at the front desk was awesome, helping us thru the entire mess, and really went out of her way to get us situated(even though we booked thru a 3rd party site). This hotel is quite nice, and our king room was awesome! Great firmish bed w/ great linens, and very clean. The bonus is the minieral bath fed from the local natural hot springs. I highly recommend this hotel, however I can NOT recommend Expedia....

We love the fact that the hot tub is actually the “Healing Waters” of Thermopolis hot springs. The property is historic, but with all modern amenities. Staff are pleasant, helpful and friendly. Beds are comfy and we’ll definitely return.

Mattress was very worn. Shower surface was slippery and slanted. Shower plumbing was backwards (started out very hot then went to cold), which could cause a burn for unsuspecting guests. No elevator in this renovated historic building, which was not in the hotel description.

Their machine that programmed the room keys was broken so every time we left the room, the front desk people had to walk with us to the room in order to get inside. The staff was quite nice-it was as much of a hassle for them as it was for us but for over $200 per night, we would have expected to have a working key.

This property is not well maintained. The pool and the ice machine were both out of service. No house keeping was provided during our stay. We had to provide our own toilet paper when we ran out.

Clean, tidy, roomy, comfortable facilities and friendly staff. The mineral hot bath and the swimming pool were a perfect addition to the stay. I’m not an early morning eater, but the breakfast offerings were above and beyond delicious. Location is idyllic in the State Park close to river, park, pools, and mineral hot springs. Great stay!

Very cool historic hotel. The hot springs spa in the hotel was awesome and we spent all of our time poolside. Meet a lot of real nice people. Restaurant/bar right across the street.
