It took them 30 minutes to give me a room. Then they gave me a room where there were already people in it and I had to go down to complain and get an empty one. This has never happened to me before. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend it

Difficult sleeping conditions
Sorry to say, but our experience was unpleasant. The beds were hard, the walls were so thin you could hear mulled conversations and all doors opening and closing. The doors had gaps at the bottom which let in the hallway bright light like a very large night light, making it hard to sleep. And there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Finally, we felt our avtivities were monitored because we had to check with the front desk when returning every day to reactivate the door key.

Pésima experiencia, al parecer se querían asegurar que no regrese uno, el estacionamiento es insuficiente por lo tanto: no cuenta con el estacionamiento que prometen (todavía el "valet parking" me pidió dinero para estacionar mi carro por la noche cuando hubiera espacio), para el desayuno hay tiempo de espera que en mi caso fue de 40 minutos y esperar ese tiempo con hambre no es de 4 estrellas, el internet el último día no funcionó, había pintura levantada en la pared del cuarto por la humedad, en la habitación habia un código QR para realizar una encuesta de satisfacción el cual no es sorpresa que NO servía (por lo visto la satisfacción no es su prioridad) tengan la seguridad de que no voy a volver NUNCA, es imposible que ese hotel sea de 4 estrellas como lo indican en el lobby a lo mucho 3 y por lo que pude ver no soy el único que en ese momento estaba inconforme había una señora discutiendo con el personal el segundo día de mi estancia

El hotel puede mejorar sus servicios. En las habitaciones había cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores, la cortina del baño tenia hongos. Esto es por falta de capacitación a los empleados. Deben poner atención en los pequeños detalles.
