Groups of YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED. Wonderful residential located on an East-South facing slope with fabulous views of the marsh and the Mediterranean Sea. It offers beautiful common areas, with three swimming pools, one of them for the children, shallow and with a cascade, all surrounded by landscaped green areas. It is located in the municipality of Xeresa, a small and charming town just three kilometers from the beach and eight from Gandia, capital of the region and with one of the most well-known playas of the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
Fabulous and exclusive construction with the best finishes, and the best qualities, very attractive and highly sought after by those who want to relax and disconnect from worldly noises.
Fantastic DUPLEX apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect holiday. It offers a large terrace of thirty two (32) square meters, next to a living room and dining room of the same surface with a full American kitchen with bar to the dining room. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one of them suite with bathtub, and the second on the hallway with shower. All these bedrooms have a east-southeast facing balconies with views of the sea and common areas, from where to admire a unforgettable sunrise. Indoor garage included.
Important to know, to book this accommodation, it is essential to have a car to move around. The residential XERESA DEL MONTE is built on a hillside, and therefore we remind you that there are many steps and stairs to overcome, even though there are elevators to access/transit between accommodation-garage-pool and common areas.
The kitchen is equipped with all basics needed to cook and set a table. Equipped with bed linen and towels. They have TV, washing machine and microwave.
