When we arrived we checked into the room and it was nothing like the picture. Walls were marked up, no fireplace, gross baseboard heater, had a horrible odor, dated, slider was difficult to open. The room was overall dated and looked nothing like the presentation online. They did move us to another room. It was a downgrade in room, but at least smelt better. We were not compensated or refunded since we booked through Hotels. Overall the place was very worn down and needs a full renovation.

Our families have come here for years. They recently came under new ownership and I like the change at the front desk check in. We love long walks and simply staring at the rocks. Rooms are outdated, service could use more smiling. Restaurant is good, great food, amazing view.

Great stay at the Adobe resort. The staff was very friendly. The food offered in the restaurant was very good and the condition of the grounds was pretty good considering it is almost right on the water. I had the king room with the Jacuzzi tub. I will tell you the Jacuzzi tub was nice to sit in, but it actually needed a little bit of cleaning. We handled that quickly with a little cleaner and a towel. There’s some corners of the room that needed a broom but normal. It was nice to hear the ocean and wind through the window. The sliding door was a little sticky but just a slight lift and slide opened it up. The dining room staff was really polite and attentive, you can definitely tell they really care about the menu in a small town low on options. 5/5 on the food and the service. The staff was extra attentive in the mornings and in the evenings. I do recommend it though there are other offerings in area. That was a great way to start our first visit to Yachats.
