Yes to both, staff were extremely helpful both with the problems in the room and the front desk. Candy, Jeff and Vera were great. We love the location of the room and plan to stay again next month.

Generally dirty, with parts of the drywall falling from the pool ceiling. No robes were available, and the staff seemed uncoordinated and uncheerful. The room layout was odd and didn’t feel thoughtfully designed. The parking lot lights were extremely bright, and the curtains didn’t block them out, making it hard to sleep. The bed was mediocre. Overall, not the relaxing stay we were hoping for.

We had a very nice relaxing family trip. The Adobe was wonderful. We stayed in the deluxe family suite, it was huge and had every thing we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The large family dinning table made it special because we were able to have a puzzle going and still have lots a room for or meals. We would recommend The Adobe for anyone looking to spend time in Yachts on a large family vacation. My grandson loved the kiddy pool🙂

Room was great but bed had bugs in it. Flying ants or some sort. They quickly moved us to a new room. Very clean. Staff was good and dinner in restaurant was fantastic. Service in lounge for breakfast wasn't great. Waitress completely ignored our table so bartender had to take care of us

Service by Adobe Resort above and beyond the call of duty. A++ for those people. For some reason, the customer in the adjacent room hung their curtains outside the window on a very windy stormy night. The wind repeatedly slapped the curtains against our window, keeping me away from 2:00 AM till 4:00 AM, I responded to an earlier text from the staff asking how our stay was going by mentioning this situation--fully expecting a response and support at the earliest the following morning. Within 15 minutes, however, a staff member responded and attempted to call the customer. At 4:00 AM they knocked on the customer's door to remedy the issue.

The room was nice. First time I was there and wont be the last. House keeping was wonderful, staff was personable. Restaurant on the other hand. There for a wedding on the beach. Our waitress acted like she hated her life. If it wasn't for her I would have given them a 5 across the board. Also dog friendly

We’ve stayed here a couple times, always clean, always cozy. The restaurant is right now in the best place it’s been since we started staying here in 2018. Love it here, always have it seems like it gets better every visit. Our compliments to the chef and to whomever continues to make this spot so great.
