No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at.

The room was very spacious, but over crowded with unneeded furniture. I know people dont usually go to the beach to watch TV, but it is nice to sometimes. Poor TV channel options and such a tiny TV for the size of the room. Resturant was nice, food was great, but wait staff were not that friendly or attentive. Pool was nice, Sauna was nice, and the Hot tub will scald the top 2 layers of skin off!! The view was top notch!!

we had the "apartment" and it was a great surprise...lots of room..coulda had a party in there! Felt like staying in a cabin at the beach. Would definitely stay again and bring the grandkids. The food in the lounge was excellent also.

Overall, a nice stay on the Oregon coast. The rooms was large and clean and very quiet. There was a delay in check-in due to delayed cleaning but this was resolved quickly. Walkable to the centre of town

I was pretty disappointed with this booking because it had high ratings and the only thing that was in line with the price that we paid was the oceanfront view. The room itself was basic and not clean very worn out products in the room lots of rust that’s been painted over and over again no screens on the windows which allowed for the previous guest who let tons of bugs in the room that we spent a good amount of time swatting with towels before we went to sleep and we had a leak in the bathroom that maintenance put a trash can under to fix . If this had been $100 a night I could understand but we peed about 250 a night off-season.
