Absolutely world class service from the moment the spacious shuttle arrived at the hotel - professional, complete and genuinely courteous. Great location in near proximity to airport; comfortable rooms with international amenities, in-house restaurant was first class. Just a fantastic place to stay - HIGHLY recommend!

The property is outdated and isolated. The restaurant, Hokake served the worse quality of fish I have ever had in Japan and I have lived here and visited many times. You can get firmer, fresher fish in the subway. Perhaps there is an assumption that because we are westerners we do not recognize that soft, mushy, slimy fish is not fresh. Be discerning and ask for the freshest catch.

This hotel was very nice and 5 minute ride from Narita airport. 3rd bed was ready at arrival. Shuttle to airport was punctual and convenient. Many extra amenities in bathroom.
