It has a communal pool, 2 bedrooms and Fibre Wifi. This house is perfect to spend a unique holiday in Lanzarote.
Distributed on two floors, it is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has 600mb fibre Wi-Fi Internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. It has a large outdoor area, where you can relax in the fresh air and enjoy the sun, while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. With two spacious bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan and the second one with a double bed. It has a full bathroom with shower and an additional toilet, a cosy living room with a 50’ smart TV, a comfortable sofa and access to the large garden that borders the entire house. It also has an independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, private parking and communal swimming pool.
All this in a very quiet environment, with all the comforts so that you can enjoy your stay without worries. In a privileged location, with Papagayo beach and other beaches in the south of Lanzarote just a few minutes drive from the property. It also has a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
