Terrible experience
My wife and I were harassed multiple times a day by Hailey. We never seen pictures or a report about the items we are being charged for. Just told our money was being taken. One of our children is disabled and the other is an injured toddler who got sick suddenly after the severe injury. When we explained everything the only response we got was “yea I hear you” and we asked to speak to the manager we were told we’d have to wait 72 hours for a Response. This was a terrible experience form a hotel chain I have recently been using often. Our room also had items still in it from our previous stay when we returned a couple days later and the room was said to have been cleaned. I don’t know if we will continue using this chains hotels

Most of the staff were respectful except for Hailey, she is rude, has an attitude and definitely needs a course in customer service. If Hailey is there avoid this establishment

The staff here are all very good. We stay here often on our trips to Yakima. We tried a couple other motels. We end up coming back here. We will be back again next October.
