Welcome to Yale's Cozy Corner…..the Unofficial Bologna Capital of the World. Our ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a fully stocked kitchen & in unit washer/dryer. The unit has free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, & central heat/air. The space has been lovingly updated with all the comforts of home. The area feels peaceful, secluded, with the convenience of being in town.

Welcome to Yale's Cozy Corner, the perfect place to stay during your visit to Yale, Michigan. Our cozy and inviting units have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Prepare your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. We've got you covered with all the essentials, including detergent and dryer sheets, as well as an iron for your convenience.

Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a 55” smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. Our master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, and a 43”smart TV, while the second bedroom includes a full size bed and 40” smart TV. Each unit also boasts a back patio, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or soaking up the fresh air.

Our non-smoking units include keyless entry, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space with hangers, alarm clocks, and darkening shades. In the bathroom, you'll find a bathtub/shower combination, towels, washcloths, hair dryer, and bathroom toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

In addition to the dining room table, our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. We also provide plates, bowls, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, bakeware, cutting board, strainer, knife set, and measuring cups for your convenience.

Our cozy and welcoming accommodations can accommodate up to four guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends.
Guest access
We're delighted to offer guests access to their very own private parking area for up to two small or mid-sized vehicles right in front of our building. Rest assured that your vehicles will be secure and easily accessible throughout your stay.

To ensure your privacy and safety, entry to the apartment will be granted via a customized code for our smartlock. These codes are unique to each guest, meaning you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that you're the only one with access to your private apartment.

You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as a shared backyard, front porch, and back patio area. We want you to feel right at home and have plenty of space to relax and unwind during your stay.
Other things to note
At our property, we make it easy for you to dispose of your trash responsibly. Each unit has a designated trash bin for your convenience. For long-term stays, trash day is every Wednesday morning. Please be sure to take your bin to the street no earlier than 6 PM on Tuesday for pick-up and return it to your unit after collection.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise levels appropriate during your stay. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing outside shoes inside the apartment. We provide a comfortable space for you to relax and unwind, and keeping it free of outside dirt and debris helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

We're delighted to offer a pet-friendly unit for our guests who wish to travel with their furry friends. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that your pet is:
-up to date on vaccinations and flea preventative.
-On a leash when outside
-kept off the bed and furniture unless a protective blanket is provided to preserve our linens and furniture.
-supervised at all times or crated when left unattended.
-is picked up after ie waste
