I recently stayed at Mirart Hotel Boutique & SPA Yalova with my family. The hotel had a nice decor and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its great location. There are many options around it for dining and entertainment, and the beach boardwalk is very near, which was perfect for evening strolls with the family. We did not use the spa facilities, so I can't comment on that aspect. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel's restaurant offered a good variety of food, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend Mirart Hotel Boutique & SPA Yalova for families looking for a comfortable place to stay in a great location.

Actually this is my second time to stay in this hotel , first time was perfect start the time I entered this hotel until I left, but this time I didn’t feel the same , something was missing,,, but in usual this hotel is number one for me in Yalova , staff were perfect .

It happened to me many times when a trip was delayed or canceled for a reason behind me. In this case, the residence place understands the reason and they don't charge. My trip was canceled by the airline due to adverse weather, immediately I contacted the hotel to understand the reason for cancellation. I know the cancellation request is after the free cancellation time and it is the right of the hotel to charge the full amount. However, for a such respected resort, I was expecting you to understand and appreciate this matter, but you did not give any flexibility on the matter or room for discussion, and I was fined for the full amount of my stay!!!

The receptionists need training of public relations (no welcoming faces).... Set breakfast (for on night or 2)...boring if its for longer stay. (I give skip)... Supposes to be spa/sauna, It wasn't open 😕....(there is no unswer from the receptionist) When I left...found that the personal who runs the spa...was off !!!

Excellent location (near everything), rooms (big and renewed) and cleaning. Unfortunately poor service and communication. Taking extra charge for a 5-months baby which didn’t happen in 5 previous hotels, 15-25 euros only because we have one baby 5 months in additional to 3-year old child (without asking for any extra bed). Next day asking about where to exchange money, they said no Turkish to exchange in the hotel and even no advice where to exchange. (We found it in the mall) Nice smile to the guests will let them come back to Mirart every visit to Yalova

We liked the hotel. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. We had a balcony and a small window with a sea view. It’s close to the waterfront with shopping and restaurants. Great location. Staff is helpful at the front desk. They helped us call another hotel to make an appointment at the thermal spa. Parking was rough. We are not from Turkey and the one way narrow streets were not easy to navigate. Hotel is at this crazy spot with one way cross roads. We had to park at a mosque in front. There were tons of cars with very little space to maneuver. Breakfast was excellent! They have a menu and you pick what you want. Everything was delicious and there was a chance for alternatives vs having a traditional Turkish breakfast with no other choices. Spa was enjoyable - I did a hamam treatment and massage. Both were great. Spa is clean and nicely designed. They have a big jacuzzi (not thermal water) but it was not operating, which was disappointing as we were hoping to get in after a long travel.
