Hotel is for heavy smokers and night life people who likes load music till late nights. I booked for 3 nights to start with and left next day as I could not sleep or breath. BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 nights despite I checked out properly next day. I would never consider this place.

Excellent reception, managers speaks great English and very helpful. The staff even with broken English manage to communicate. The breakfast was excellent and cook was able to accommodate my likings. I liked the city of Elazig as well.

Don't stay here during summer months!

The hotel is nearly new but air conditioning in rooms is inadequate and had very disturbed sleep during night. Also, pool cleaning should not be during pool operating hours.
