The nation's capital, Madrid, can be found roughly 390 kilometres to the north of Yegen.

Once you're in Yegen, it's only 45 kilometres northwest to Huetor Vega. Stop by and see Alhambra, a famed attraction that's bound to impress.

Expand your horizons and find out what's happening in Juviles, 10 kilometres to the west. Plenty of travellers come here for the Bodega Barranco Oscuro and the Asociacion Jardin de la Alpujarra. Alternatively, Busquistar is 14 kilometres to the west of Yegen. Visit this place for convenient access to Abuela Ili and the O Sel Ling.

You may get the urge to book a hotel room in Laujar de Andarax for a little while. This destination is 20 kilometres away and not too far from Convent of San Pascual Bailon, Shrine of Our Lady of Health and City Hall. Some other nearby sights are the Bodega Fuente Victoria and the Cortijo El Cura.
