Lovely Atmosphere
Lovely home atmosphere at the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food was good quality. Metro and buses very close, many places of interest close by. Nice touches in the hotel such as a room with free tea and coffee, books and sofas for guests to use at any time. Very good amenities in the rooms.

The hotel has a distance from the very center. Also the building itself is complicated, a lot of stairs. The restaurant is ok but long waiting time for the food to be served

When a picture doesn't tell a story..
The reviews for this hotel are excellent and the pictures are fabulous, so we arrived at the place with great anticipation. The reality was slightly different. First it is one of the city's main streets and is actually quite a small hotel. The reception is tiny while the room was also diminutive. What, however, is surreal is the number of staff who work in the hotel and the total lack of any foreign languages spoken let alone English. The restaurant is expensive but the service is comical. We requested hot milk for coffee but got the reply, "not today". The "waitress" not only gave no reason but giggled at the request. This was not customer first but the customer's an idiot type of behaviour, particularily as another customer eventually came to our help and got the hot milk. The TV has a selection of English speaking films which took 3 telephone calls to access. The hotel has a French feel to it with paintings of France on the wall and French music playing in the public areas. The hotel needs a small refurbishment and some English (or even French) speaking staff before the World Cup in June!!!

Fit for a Czar
My wife and I were extremely pleased with our extended stay at the Renomme. Starting with the positives: the staff is among the friendliest and helpful in our travels. The breakfast is fantastic with such a variety of meats (sausages, fish, ham), cheese, 3 or more types of breads or pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and daily squeezed juices. Hot items included pancakes (blini), fish, potatoes, eggs, 2 types of cereal, and more. Cooked to order items are also available. The property is centrally located to public transportation (bus and subway). Shopping at Greenwich is a treat as are other large multi-store centers; all within easy walking distance. The standard room provides adequate "move around" space though it lacks sufficient storage space to avoid living out of a suitcase over a lengthy stay; there is room to include another cabinet or dresser, and a microwave would have been a plus. The bathroom also lacks in adequate counter space, and again there is area to provide another few shelves or a cabinet. The combination "deep" tub and shower is the largest drawback as access into the shower is almost a hazard and getting out is even worse. Better bathroom ventilation would be a plus. The property is excellently maintained and clean.

The staff make the difference
I only stayed one night at the Tenome it wish I could have stayed longer. The room was very comfortable, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. It was actually my birthday and when the staff realised the surprised me with cake and a small gift which made me day. Highly recommended!

The only thing I was disappointed a bit - towel quality. If they were crystal white and softer/bulkier I would rate 5+: one of the best pillows I ever seen in hotels (50+ stays), clean, silent, good breakfast, nice staff.

Best hotel in Russia!
I stayed in hotels in St Petersburg, Moscow, and Yekaterinburg and Renomme was BY FAR the best hotel. The staff were the friendliest and very helpful. The hotel is right beside the metro, as well a nice mall where you can get some gifts for family back home, and it's located downtown by all the sites to see. Very convenient. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!

Lovely French-themed boutique hotel
The hotel is brand new (opened in 2015) and it still has this "fresh car smell" (in a good sense, of course). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Soundproofing quality is surprisingly good. Soundproofing is essential for this hotel because it is located on a busy street. However, thanks to triple pane glass, we were not disturbed by the street noise or by the noise from other rooms of the floor. The rooms a bit on the small side and could be improved by adding more storage/work surfaces, but basically they were adequate, even for a long stay (we spent almost 2 weeks there). The hotel staff is very accommodating. Comparing this to a large Holiday Inn that we stayed in during the same trip when we were in Moscow, this cute hotel felt more like home. They have a nice breakfast buffet. In addition you can order one of 5 made-to-order breakfast dishes (omelette, blini, syrniki - highly recommend!). The hotel has wonderful restaurant that is run by a chef who studied and worked in Paris and a patisserie café. Prices were quite democratic. For people who would like to try Central Asian cuisine - I recommend Nigora café right next door to the hotel. It is a modestly looking joint in a residential building but their Asian fusion cuisine is awesome (ranked # 2 on Ekaterinburg's tripadvisor). There is a huge shopping mall with lots of food options including a humongous supermarket Giperbola a few steps away from the hotel with everything that a trevelere might need on a trip.

Quietly luxurious hotel with outstanding service.
From the warmest possible welcome to the luxurious and spacious room, the complimentary wet steam room and sauna, the beautiful décor and excellent buffet breakfast, this hotel was a delightful surprise. Located right next to a metro station and opposite the dendrological park and the circus just one block away from the Red Line this hotel is ideally located. My only regret - I wasn't staying longer.

Me and my wife had a great stay in this hotel when we came for short business trip to Ekaterinburg. Staff was very friendly, room was new and clean, breakfast was tasty and squirrel in the restaurant was hilarious. There is also nice french-style cafe/bakery downstairs. As for location, we literally never had to take public transportation, everything is in short walk distance. We'll come to this city again soon, and you can be sure we already picked a hotel.

What a fantastic warm, inviting atmosphere. The only temporary drawback is that there is some construction work going on out the front of the hotel. Taxi (legitimate ones) charge 650 Rub. Located close to all the tourist attractions, all of which are easily walked. Facilities in the room were "old fashioned" complimenting the whole décor of the hotel but with a very ,modern flair. Staff clean the room and hotel floors etc. everyday keeping the place spotlessly clean. the rooms are serviced each day. A breakfast buffet is provide with freshly squeezed juices or, you can order from a set menu. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything you need is close by including the pedestrian mall Vaynera Street that has a variety of shops

The hotel itself couldn't be faulted; the room was beautiful, staff were friendly, helpful and spoke great English. The breakfast was top-notch and the cafe attached to the hotel was very classy. However the street outside is currently undergoing a major excavation which made access to the hotel particularly difficult. I didn't get any information to this effect in advance of my stay so it took a good hour and a nervy tiptoe across a precipice to reach the front door. It wouldn't have taken a lot of effort to email me and let me know how to get into the place. Everything else was great.
