Hotel is located in a central Yerevan location close to shopping centers and main tourist attractions. My only complain was the AC and slow shower drains.

Местоположение отличное. Самый центр Место для парковки арендованной машины находили всегда на дорожке перед входом. Бассейн большой, но опять НО: вода выплескивается на прилегающую поверхность. Нет слива по краям бассейна, как это должно быть. Есть сауна, НО в ней пол из плитки!!! Так никто и нигде не делает! Нужно, чтобы не обжечь ноги, заходить в тапках, а это не правильно и вредно! Рядом обменник с хорошим курсом и блошиный рынок с хорошими и недорогими сувенирами

We stayed in this place for two weeks couple of different occasion, one of the rooms we stayed in Room# 228 had leak issue, the shower/bathroom was leaking from the unit right above us and when we complained they kept us in the same room for two days before they change our room so we could not use the restroom or shower, it was dirtily and smell bad. I talk to staff requesting for some sort of credit, but they said the manager will be in touch and they never contacted us and never issued any credit, I don't recommend this place, this not how a 5 star hotel should tread their guest, I am not happy about it, I expect them to contact me and refund me for the two nights we had truble, but I do not think they care too much
