I'd only recommend this place for those who are living on a dime and really need to save money or if they cannot find a room elsewhere. We had to stay here for 1 night because we couldn't find another availability close to where we needed to be. It is by far the most depressing place I've stayed at. I feel like I'm staying at a slum... the condition of this place is old, cheap, and run down. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, so we asked for another room. Rooms are lit by stark fluorescent lights. The bathroom was barely big enough for 1 person, and we are petite people. Around 3-4am, we were woken up for over an hour by a "street worker" coming in next door, making lots of "noises" with her client, and then leaving... the sound barrier that the walls are supposed to provide is almost non-existent. The only positive things about this hotel are the location (close to Kawasaki Station) and the friendly staff. We will not be returning again.
