It’s very convenient hopping on a free hotel shuttle between the airport and the hotel which is about 10 minutes away. One can check the schedule on the hotel webpage. The hotel itself is modern and well kept situated beside the river bank with paths and garden. The room is of moderate size comfortable for a short stay and the design is very functional. Staff is very helpful.

Convenient since they have shuttle that brings you either to the airport or to the city train station. And I like that walking trail behind the hotel along Tokyo bay. Pleasant staff.

This property is in the middle of an industrial area surrounded by research companies and no restaurants or take away food options. There is however a shuttle into town 20min away. There are limited food options available at the hotel dining areas. The rooms at this hotel are very small and they dont seem to care too much for English speaking foreigners making communication difficult.

The front desk staff and the wait staff on the 5th floor restaurant was very unpleasant. They were unkind and NOT helpful at all. There's limited dining that only serves mostley american food. I would think they would serve a lot more Japanese food.
