Airport shuttle was easy to find and friendly. Staff at front desk were also friendly and helpful. Check out was at 10am which is early compared to most hotels. We were able to request to check out later but did have to pay. If you have never traveled to Japan be aware their beds are very firm and this hotel is no different. But we would recommend and stay again especially if needing to be close to Haneda airport.

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the gender-separated common hot tubs. Their complimentary shuttle service to the airport and subway stations was very convenient and another great reason to stay here. Wonderful stay here! Among all the good things, the complimentary buffet-style breakfast was the highlight for our family—especially for our two college-aged sons who truly enjoyed it! Airport shuttle never picks us up we had to take taxis, Breakfast was terribles was just based on Asia people nothing of variety for other people like us traveling from united state. Room was very small, nothing around the hotel anywhere you want to go you need taxis. overall, the hotel was ok.

The hotel is reasonably priced and offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Haneda Airport. A shuttle bus is also available to the nearby city of Kawasaki. It's extremely convenient.

Shuttle arrived soon after getting through customs. You can see the airport across Tama River. Clean and efficient. Would definitely stay again as it is so convenient when arriving late into Tokyo.

Excellent stay. Would recommend.

The shuttle was easy to find thanks to the directions from the hotel website. The room was spacious and ideal for a family of 2. Everything from the shampoo, the blanket and the view was high quality. The staff were excellent help anytime we had a question about the area or just things in general. The public bath was so comforting, my body healed from all the walking i did througout the day and i slept like a baby! We are going to come back to finish our trip here because we liked it so much. There is also a walk path that my husband and I enjoyed many times. Kawasaki is a fantastic place!
