Another outstanding stay at this property, and my third time here too! Was given a bay view room overlooking the Yokohama Bay Bridge, which was a nice change. Everything was totally top-notch, as usual, with the LINCOS supermarket conveniences and Bashamichi Station located just below the property. I do hope to come back again the next time I come to eastern Japan! Thank you, again, Oakwood Suites Yokohama! You have always done me proud, and I'm glad to have chosen this property!

Having upgraded to a one bedroom suite we weren’t disappointed it was incredibly spacious and well appointed with a great view over Yokohama. The room came with everything you could need for a couple it might have been nice to have a few extra items as we had our son travelling with us and he had to bring utensils from his suite to eat with us. The only other minor issue we had was Prime Video wasn’t amongst the streaming options on the TV.

The hotel was easy to find. The room was very spacious and modern. The view was amazing and there were lots of shopping in the area. There were restaurants in the building. It was walkable to Chinatown. There was a convenience store right downstairs with reasonable prices.

It was a apartment and had a grocery store on the ground floor for easy shopping. Having the washer dryer combo was fantastic before getting on our cruise ship. Great area, alot to explore by foot from this location. Open balcony at 600+ ft.

I had a great stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English well. The location is awesome—within walking distance to shops, scenic spots, businesses, grocery stores, etc. The hotel desk is on the 46th floor, with a hallway that wraps around the building, so you get amazing views of Yokohama from every angle. The apartments start from the 47th floor and up, which pretty much guarantees a high-up view from every room. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and the housekeeping was excellent. My trip to Yokohama was very enjoyable, largely thanks to my stay at this hotel. :)

Really really nice room- had a view of Mt Fuji from the room balcony on clear days. no tub but the shower /shower fixtures more than made up for it. The mattress was just a tad firmer than i would have liked and the pillows tended to need regular plumping Lol. But believe me those were just minor things. It was a full kitchen and I cooked several time during my stay. Loved the mini nespreso machine, and air purifier in the room. Loved the gym- I worked out almost every day.

I saw Mt Fuji from my room. The 360 scenery from lobby floor was impressive. Second time staying in this hotel. Will use it again if I am in the area.

The views from the hotel lobby and our room were magnificent. Unbelievable views of Yokohama and Tokyo. The suite is spacious and comfortable. A great place to call home while traveling around the area. Everything was a 10 out of 10 and the staff was even better. They were very welcoming and helpful. Looking for a few good choices, they had wonderful recommendations and researched a few more to help give us options. We loved that there was access to the local train outside the front entrance, making traveling around Yokohama and to Tokyo simple.

It is a very nice stay at Yokohama. This is my only night at Yokohama. This property gave me a very impressive experience. I was being upgraded by the check-in lady. The room is very high up and you can see all the buildings and harbor at the same time. The room is spacious and clean. The view is great. The only minus point is that you can hear the people above your room walking, running, and jumping on the floor. Overall, it is a great experience.
