I felt a bit uncomfortable to go through the drinking places before I reach to the hotel since I don’t drink at all. However, in the morning, the streets are back to quiet and clean. Also, I did not feel any fear nor threat.

A little difficult to find it but once you realize that the entrance to the hotel and reception is on the 4th floor it was easy. Close to the Yokohama station and lots of interesting shops.

Nice short walk to train station and all the shopping and restaurants with-in the station. Rooms are spacious, new, clean, and especially love the totally automated toilet. Hotel is not easy to find. Follow the signage, check in is on the fourth floor. Breakfast is set, Western or Japanese. I wouldn’t call it a full buffet. Side dishes are limited, so after a couple of days it might become a little bland.

Conveniently located next to the subway at Yokohama station. Staff is nice and lobby is very nicely decorated. Room is good sized and clean.

The room is spacious and very clean, and the bed is so comfortable. There are tons of amazing restaurants, department stores, upscale groceries, and more within walking distance. My wife loves this hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent support from hotel staff. My friend was very sick for 2 days and asked if we could see a doctor. She immediately arranged an appointments for us. We really appreciate her professionalism and her caring attitude. Thanks for her help and my friend is feeling much better and be able to continue her trip. If l ever come back to Yokohama, l will definitely stay here again. Love this hotel and they oay a lot if attention to detail.❤️❤️

Was very clean and quiet. Desk staff was very helpful. Close to coneniences like supermarkets and many dining options. Station is also very close and once you figure out the pathway it becomes very easy to get between.

Amazing location, convenient to transportation and restaurants-lots to choose from. Very large room - big enough for 3 large suitcases that can be left opened on the floor with lots space left. Super clean and great staff. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
