⭐️⭐️ The hotel is under renovation, so there’s loud construction in the morning. Only three pillows were provided, and they were in bad shape. The comforter was paper thin. The room didn’t feel clean — there was dust everywhere and a Black & Mild butt behind the nightstand, which I only saw because they left it pulled away from the wall. The bathroom had pink soap scum, and the outlets were so loose that my phone charger wouldn’t stay plugged in. Breakfast was poor — just bagels and toast with no cream cheese, butter, or jelly. Overall, not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Staff was nice but room was extremely run down and had bugs. They moved us to another room. Second room was dirty but no bugs so we just stayed. Not anything like the pictures show

Arrived from out of state to a dark, dingy, dirty feeling room with no running water in our room (no toilet flushing, hand washing, cat water bowl etc.) called office, told “this happens sometimes on some sides of the wall.” (Yet I was still given this room.Whaat?) was then hung up on, called office -no answer. Walked to office to get new room. Daughter called me and water started gushing out faucets, it was “fixed”, or turned on I’m not sure what the issue there was. I Was then blocked in parking spot by other guests. Saw what appeared to be a cockroach making a run for my daughter’s donut. My daughters and I packed up at 930pm leaving before staying one of five nights. Management claims I did not notify them of any issues and claims I stayed all five days when I personally walked my key cards to the lobby desk and spoke to the owner who stated “yes” he understood what I was saying and promised to remedy this. Just book anywhere but here please and I’m not picky but paying to feel dirty and unsafe isn’t acceptable. loiterer outside hotel room door making loud phone calls as if his private phone booth, walking to lobby felt extremely unsafe with activity in parking lot. I could go on and on
This is the bug I smashed that was headed toward my daughter’s donut.
