All in all the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But, I found communications poor. Prior to my stay I emailed them and asked about an earlier check-in. They responded quickly with a slightly earlier time. But, when I tried to email them again after realizing we left our phone charger in the room, they ghosted me. I sent several messages simply asking if they found it but they never replied. I found this to be very poor customer service. Even if they found it and kept it, at least they could have responded. I might stay there again, but I'd go not expecting much.
