We will not stay at another comfort inn suites.
We switched twice. First time carbon monoxide issue and tv didn’t work. Second room bathtub and sink would not drain causing a filthy back up, air conditioning issue was finally resolved. Years ago this wouldn’t have never happened.

I saw others were offered water when they were checked in. I was not granted I am glad they let me check in early and for what I paid I guess it was a good value. The pool was awful. It’s inside and I wouldn’t use it for the price I guess it was a decent place and it was close to the venue that I attended, which was what I wanted.

Very clean, super comfortable bed (!), fairly quiet fan/ac. For whatever reason the housekeepers open the windows, which might be ok in winter but when it is 103*f? And they do this in the halls too-weird. Enough parking, 1 block from Costco. Very quiet even being backed up to the highway. This is my 2nd time here and where we stay when visiting the area

Room door did not properly close. Showerhead was old and crusty. The carpet was not as clean as it could be, but everything else was really good. Very convenient to the E Street MX Facility.

Disappointing
the staff was very nice, the room nice and big BUT, the blinds didn't work, couldn't open them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The worst part: wanted to use the pool, hours are posted from 10 am til 10 pm. At 10:05 am the janitorial staff STARTED to change the filter, told us it'll take 1 hour. At 11:30 am we were told it'll take another 30 - 45 minutes.... that was disappointing. I specifically booked at this hotel due to a Pool available

They charged me $25 for my dog. Even though it says it's pet friendly not very friendly if I have to pay extra for my dog. Plus did not mention any extra charge when I paid for the hotel. Got to love the hidden fees

My opinion of the hotel.
We booked this property based on its excellent reviews. Upon check-in, I waited 15 minutes before someone arrived at the front desk, though the staff member was pleasant. We noticed that the side hotel doors were propped open with tiny shampoo bottles, even though they were supposed to be locked and required a room key for entry. In the morning, we saw many homeless people getting breakfast in the hotel lobby. The parking lot felt unsafe at night, with people parking, walking around with flashlights, and lurking. Based on my experience, I will not stay here again. My friends who live north of Marysville mentioned that the Walmart across the street is also dangerous. This is just my personal observation from my stay at this hotel.
