Hotel very good but a bit expensive
The hotel itself was very good. Great services, great look, room had everything fine, close to all the neighborhood, just a little hard to find, and in a cramp area. But I have only good words to say about the staff, the services, the room and the hotel by itself. It is just the area. It is pricy, for a bit nothing.

This hotel was very nice. Felt upscale inside the rooms, had a great view of Sun-moon lake, and about 1 block away from the night market. Was a great bargain for such a nice room, and the owners are very child-friendly. Good breakfast as well.

Older hotel with a nice view of the Sun Moon Lake and the harbour square, great host/ hostess. Breakfast is included and quite nice. Rooms are not refreshed every day. The hotel is right on one of the shopping/food stands streets and we really enjoyed it.

Great choice for sun Moon lake
It’s a small family run hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent location with good local food around the area. Breakfast was excellent (Taiwanese style) with amazing view on the 7th floor.

Extra special service
By the end of our three night stay the hotel really felt like staying with a close relative. The staff went the extra mile by giving us some free tea and fruit for our special night up on the 7th floor balcony. After an amazing day tour I was in misery from multiple mosquito bites and the staff came to my rescue with some medicine you can't buy in town. Of course they were very helpful with local recommendations as well. Upon leaving we were given a thank you gift. Very happy with the hotel and service.
