The pool was dirty and cold in Yuma Az. So I went over to the hot tub and it was also cold and dirty! We were on vacation and we're expecting to swim. The bathroom door was off center so you had to use both hands to pull it open and our room with 2 queen beds was not ready and we had to take 1 king instead. The rooms were clean though and the shower was the best. Their breakfast was good also. Just don't advertise a pool and hot tub if your not going to have them clean or warm.

We booked for 2 nights and room was not clean one day. I also called Laura (manager) because I forgot brand new pants in closet didn’t realized until I got home she said she asked housekeeping if found & they didn’t find them which is weird because I m sure I left them hanging in closet. I m disappointed at her cust Serv didn’t show much concern. We always stay there but we might start changing hotels
