NO HAY PERSONAL NI SIQUIERA PARA ABRIRTE LA PUERTA DURANTE LA NOCHE, MUCHO MENOS PARA DARTE UNA ALMOHADA O COBIJA ADICIONAL O CUALQUIER COSA QUE NECESITES. SI LLEGAS POR LA NOCHE HAY QUE RECORRER DOS KILOMETROS DE TOTAL OSCURIDAD EN TERRACERIA Y LLEGANDO A LA PROPIEDAD TAMPOCO HAY LUZ EN LA ENTRADA, DE LA CUAL TE DIERON LA LLAVE DEL CANDADO PARA QUE TE ABRIERAS Y CERRARAS TÚ SOLO. SITUACION MUY INSEGURA. PASE FRIO POR LA NOCHE, NO HUBO NADIE PARA DARME UNA COBIJA O AYUDARME A PRENDER LA CHIMENEA. Bueno pero muy basico y caro para lo que se ofrece
El hotel esta situado en un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable pero el cuarto solo tenia el mobiliario minimo indispensable, lo cual hizo muy incomodo estar en el. Le falta tenr una mesa adecuada, sillas comodas y mas luz.

No fumigan muy seguido, me salieron dos arañas dentro de la cama una en la almohada y otra en el colchón, su shampoo y acondicionador decía para jabón burbujas por ende es jabón, la Sra. Rosy muy amable y hace todo lo que puede dentro de sus posibilidades con buena actitud, el restaurante solo sirve desayuno si quieres algo por la tarde noche tendrá que salir al pueblo y en coche son mínimo unos 10 minutos. La cabañas son mas chiquitas de lo que se ven en las fotos.

El lugar está increíble para descansar, de lo mejor que conozco en Zacatlán. Rossy nos dio un excelente servicio, el desayuno es muy basto y riquísimo, está para regresar siempre.

el hotel en si esta muy bonito, cuenta con 6 habitaciones, el servicio de restaurante no estuvo abierto, posiblemente por las fechas que fuimos diciembre 30 a enero 1. Recomiendo que dejen al menos otro rollo de papel en el baño porque el que dan es pequeño. y dejar mas toallas, la cama es comoda y calientita

Excelente lugar , rodeado de naturaleza y cerca de Zacatlán , es necesario llevar carro para desplazarse a Zacatlán y Chignahuapan , están entre el bosque y es un lugar precioso . Solo la aplicación de goggle manda por el camino mas feo , llega un momento que piensas que estás solo y perdido pero al llegar te encuentras con un lugar muy agradable, limpio y ROSSY súper atenta y servicial , súper recomendable y puedes llevar a tus perritos . Lo recomiendo aplícamente .

No utilicen Waze para llegar como tip. Sigan las indicaciones de Rossy. La atención de Rossy es espectacular! La propiedad es bonita y las habitaciones también. Los desayunos muy buenos y abundantes 👍

No respetaron el desayuno que venía anunciado, Se inundó la regadera y ocasión un terrible accidente. La ubicación no era la correcta. No había suficiente agua caliente un día Y el propietario se quejaron de la app EXPEDIA
