A visit for Personal Reasons
The Hotel was in the middle of refurbishment, so one had to be weary of the newly painted walls etc. But the staff did all it could to make ones stay as comfortable as possible.

Blev meget skuffet over hotellet, der har 4 stjerner! Hotellet er grimt og kedeligt. værelset var ikke mere end 2 stjerner værd. der var beskidt og der var ikke nogen form for luxus. Køleskabet virkede ikke. møblerne grimme og ikke praktiske! hotellets beliggenhed er absolut meget kedelig, midt i et grimt kvarter med byggeri og store kontorhuse og langt fra centrum. Priserne alt for høje. Værleseprisen alt for høj. dertil skulle man betale mange penge for morgenmad. Det er alt for dyrt, da der overhovedet ikke var nogen form for luxus. Personalet var venlig. Kan absolut ikke anbefale hotellet!

Business trip 1 night stay....reasonable hotel...
The hotel offered everything a business traveler needs...decent bed, wifi, restaurant and bar. Everything was ok. Apart from not telling me that I could not use the pool between 18-19 hrs because it is reserved for kids...very strange when you are already showered and ready to dive in...... :-/

Leider war der Teppichboden sehr schmutzig/ekelig die Reception wolte dies nachgehen und abstellen

duur ontbijt en ongastvrije benadering door borg.
Bij het inchecken wordt een borg van € 50 geeist. Deze ongastvrije ontvangst is bijzonder onplezierig. Bij het uitchecken wordt je kamer niet gecontroleerd, dus kunnen ze je achteraf vermeende schade in de maag splitsen. Het hotel wil chique en stijlvol overkomen maar hiervoor zijn de kamers toch te eenvoudig. Er wordt gratis Wi-fi beloofd, maar toen wij er waren was er storing... Het ontbijt is buitengewoon hoog geprijsd. De manager zal uw klachten met dooddoeners en vage excuses benaderen. Heel jammer allemaal.
