The rooms are extremely small, but you have everything you need. The lights, blinds and colors are controlled by an iPad and if you set an alarm, they have a very cool way of waking you up. We were there due to flight cancellation but we really enjoyed it.

Hotel was quite hard to find and was not very well signposted we had to ask several members of staff before we found it. It was alot further from the terminal than suggested by the hotel. The hotel was very smart and hi tec and the room was very clean and well presented.

Most conveniently placed at a walking distance covered in 5 mins from AMS airport. As an limited yet delectable selection of food at the CitizenM cafe. A responsive smiling staff makes the stay all the more comfortable. Hightly recommended.

Always excellent

Self check-in is easy. Ability to choose room location (when available) is excellent. The 24 hour bar and food service is fantastic. Great ambiance, comfortable atmosphere with plenty of fellow travelers around makes this place welcoming.

Freezing Rooms and Poor Service

Extremely disappointing experience The room was freezing cold! Despite setting the thermostat to 23°C, there was no improvement. I had to sleep in full outdoor clothing, unable to get any rest due to the cold. Around 2 a.m., I was forced to change rooms because the heating wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the second room was just as cold and only warmed up by the time I had to wake up for an early morning flight. To make matters worse, I have another reservation with this hotel that they refuse to cancel or refund, citing their non-refundable booking policy. Given the terrible experience, this feels completely unreasonable. As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in countless hotels, and I’ve never encountered such poor service or inflexible management. I cannot recommend this hotel.
