Daniela was a fantastic and welcoming host. This historic, well appointed hotel will be a favorite memory and repeat visit. The food was delicious. The coffee and beds were some of the best I've had in Africa. Daniela and I had a great conversations and she arranged a prison island tour for us. It was my second trip to Stone Town and second tour. Last time it wasn't bad but this time it was a better experience. The pilot and your guide this time were far superior to the last prison island excursion.

Very close to the airport but a great distance from everything else (Beach, Restaurants etc). Property does not have a beach. In-house restaurant and breakfast was quite good.
