The Chelet is located in the district "Le petit village", in the northeast of the village in a very sunny, unobstructed location. The area is opened by a diagonal lift, the middle station is located next to the building. In winter you can ski down to the house.
Distance to the ski bus from the lift about 150 meters. Distance to the center about 8-10 minutes walk from the lift, no gradients.

Zermatt
The house was exactly as advertised and owner made access simple. House is a ten minute walk to centre of town and ski bus stop is three minutes away.
