Book Žernov hotels

We were very impressed with our accommodation. Spacious, clean and well-designed rooms and polite and helpful service from the reception. Very good value and a great place to stay when visiting Dvur Kralove.

"Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. They even gave me a sandwich because I had to leave early, I couldn’t stay for breakfast. The window couldn’t be closed properly, it needed repair.
