Not the room we reserved
The woman introduced us to our room claimed this is the room we reserved, although it obviously wasn’t (by comparing the images). We reserved the most expensive one on Hotels.com but we were placed in a cheaper one. We called to the main host from the room and told him we were placed in a different room than the one we ordered, but he argued we received the best room (although Hotels.com mentioned otherwise). The host mentioned that he gave the other room to someone else and only offered a cancellation (after we arrived already), and didn’t agree to refund us on the difference.
