Getting Around:
The journey from Mexico City to the property is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.

We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:
-Using mobility apps.
-Renting a car from one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
Great news! We are a pet-friendly property. Tell us about your furry friend so we can accommodate accordingly. Please note that we only accept one pet, and an additional charge may apply, pets should not climb on the bed or furniture. Any damage or stains will incur an additional cost. Only medium size pets are allowed (<15kg.)

We dont accept guests under 16 years old

The jacuzzi operates from 9 am to 10 pm, and its use must be requested from the administration 15 minutes prior.
The fireplace must be operated by an adult who accepts responsibility for its use.
Please be aware that our internet service is provided through Starlink, which may occasionally experience connectivity issues. You will find the username and password in your cabin.
The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms or common areas unless they are deposited in our safety deposit boxes at the reception.
Enjoy the all-inclusive package we have to offer for just $750 MXN per person. Inform us at least one day in advance if you require this service (payment to be made at the hotel).
Please do not remove the towels from the rooms. We provide towel service at our SPA for your convenience.
We want you to feel safe. Therefore, we have liability insurance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and within 5 meters of other guests in common areas.
The use of vaporizers is not allowed inside the rooms, as they may activate the fire alarms.
Access with any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.
