Convenient hotel for an overnight at the airport. Hotel is nice with great amenities. The breakfast buffet is ridiculously priced which is my only criticism.

We were charged 8 CHF per person for the airport shuttle. I was just glad to have a ride though. The room was rather small, but I loved the decor and it was comfortable.

Property was good but the bathroom was stinking. We asked them to get it cleaned but somehow it was still bad. We had to get the room key card activated every night of stay which was annoying. Surprisingly no hotels in zurich have Fridge. There is McDonalds in the hotel lobby. Subway, Migros is nearby. Airport is 15mins but we took shuttle from hotel costing 8 francs/person. Train stn (Rumlang) is 15mins walk if you want to go to Zurich HB. We felt very safe to walk even at midnight.

We had an overnight layover and spent very little time at the hotel, but beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Hotel has a McDonald’s adjacent and was great to arrive late and have that available for food after a long flight.

Best guest services (Emanuel) ever encountered. The hotel stored our two large suitcases, at no cost, for three days before our stay while we visited nearby Interlaken and Lucerne. The Zürich Airport wanted an outrageous 120 Swiss Francs to store them. Transportation to/from the airport was easy. Also, local bus stop was across the street and train station was nearby. Trains to Zurich main station ran every 15 minutes and travel time to Zurich station was only 15 minutes.
