Great location, and price for our family of four who needed 2 rooms. The hotel only has air circulation, not air conditioning, so the nights were very warm and it was hard to fall asleep. The staff was efficient, yet very matter-of-fact and lacked warmth. The breakfast was fantastic. In order to get coffee in the morning before 9 am, we had to let the front desk know so they could make the coffee for us. The coffee was not complimentary. If we did not pre pay for breakfast, we had to let the front desk know to add it to our room, as the staff wouldn't just take our room number when we arrived at breakfast, causing an unnecessary extra step in my opinion. Most hotels take your room number in the restaurant. Other than that, it was a great hotel and I'd stay there again.

Hotel was great . Good value compared to others but mainly a business hotel. As a tourist not very convenient, far from shops and restaurants and a 8 minute walk to the lake , there is a gym right next door that was great for locals mainly , people are very friendly overall but would have preferred a hotel in the middle of shopping areas

This was 1 of 5 hotels in which we stayed during our 3-week journey through various European countries. The location is highly convenient as you can walk to (no more than 20 minutes max) to various restaurants, Old Town, Lake Zurich, and the main shopping area of Bahnhofstrassee Street. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were however very disappointed with the hotel itself was. Aesthetically, it takes on the appearance of a 4 to 5 star hotel (modern contemporary and clean) yet it lacked key amenities such as complementary water, coffee and tea maker, and a subpar breakfast. To enter the hotel, you have to walk up a flight of steps which is challenging when you have farily heavy luggage. The room (king bed) was spacious however it felt like a basic room. There was a good amount of wasted space which could have been used to build a larger bathroom (very small).

Nice hotel

It was a nice lobby the room was a bit of a trek to get to. The room was very basic no phone no peep hole to see outside. Not much stations in the tv for English speaking. No bottled water in the room. Not much hanging space or drawers for clothing. The car area was good and the outdoor courtyard was good to sit out in.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, blackout curtains. However the rooms were very far from the lifts. A/C in the first room was not working so we had to move rooms. No phone or coffee, tea facilities in the rooms. Showers spill water during showers (not too bad, but it will wet the floors). The floor carpet by the bathroom was wet at check-in. Unfortunately no gym / fitness facilities.

This is my third stay at this hotel. It is a hotel I book when my usual hotels are booked. It's basic, clean and efficient. The beds are neither uncomfortable nor comfortable. Everything is "OK". On a hot day, however, the air-conditioning is really weak. I know that air-conditioning is one of the few things that the Swiss can't do right, but this bad even by that lamentable standard. With summer peak pricing, paying CHF 498 a night was bit over the top. They maybe taking their hotel a bit too seriously.
