We got in at 10 pm and it took more than one hour to check in. We had a short night (kind of the nature of these type of hotels) which was made shorter by a very inefficient check in process. Online was simply impossible.

Very convenient hotel as it’s on the ZRH property. Recently renovated but the previous iteration was better. Quality of the food is really good and quality of the bed and bath towels great.

Good airport location, but fair
The hotel looks nice enough, but the grunt desk screwed up the room configurations (2 rooms, and only one key) requiring a couple trips to the front desk. The hotel bar staff seemed to be in training, screening up the did order and acting annoyed when it was delivered. There was a strange banging noise all night. 😶

The beds were terrible. The pillows were too soft. The bed moved around! When we arrived there was 2 small partial rolls of toilet tissue. The temperature in the room was soooo hot and we could not get it adjusted. We had to call because the TV did not work and also the hair dryer did not work properly…other than all this it is a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the airport for early departures.
