First time we used the auto-check in system (no reception, just access the keys via a code). Wasn't very proficient at it, and failed. There was no one we could consilt. Called the help line, but only picked up by an answering machine, which offers no real help at all.
Eventually go in to the apartment.
Sofa bed was rhere, but there were no bedding covers nor pillows.
Dish washer was there, but there was no detergent.
Room booked for 4, but only 2 sets of towels.
