The hotel is quite amazing - surprisingly modern and well equipped. I am used to US-style cookie-cutter Radison properties, but this one is significantly nicer in many ways. Although it's an airport hotel, getting to-and-from the airport is a bit of a hike. They have an airport shuttle bus, and guests pay 8 euros one way. For two people, an Uber ride would be a better choice - same price (about 15 euro before tipping), but this would be a personal service and a flexible ride schedule. The room was modern and attractively decorated. The cylindrical shower door and design was quite futuristic. The toilet (room with wash basin) and main wash basin were positioned away from the shower, rather than all 3 pieces together in one small room, which is more typical. The bed was super comfy. The pillows were nice. The room had a safe. The WiFi service was good. For dining the hotel features a smart, but perhaps pricey restaurant in the lobby, a small selection of eats & drinks in their lobby cafe, an adjoining MacDonald's.

Pleasant and well maintained room. Front desk is understaffed. Hotel shares an entry with a McDonald’s whose parking and entry are not well kept. There is a charge for the shuttle to the airport about 10-15 mins away.

It would have been a good stay except for the shuttle bus driver did not allow us to travel back to the airport in the shuttle because we didn't have a paper printed booking. I inquired at the reception and he confirms that the shuttle bus is only available to guests who booked with them directly, and because we booked our rooms with hotels.com we were not eligible to use it. If we wanted to, he can book the next shuttle (in 30 minutes) for us for a fee of CHF 8 each. At that stage we sort of running late so we just booked a taxi. So keep away from this hotel if you are using third party booking flaforms to book their rooms. Just stay at the Radisson Blu right beside the airport.

I recently stayed at the Radisson hotel Zurich airport and was very disappointed. The hotel and rooms were dirty. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in helping me, they don’t check emails so it’s impossible to schedule the “myth” of the free Airport-Hotel Shuttle. Look for alternatives there’s plenty and better.

For sone reason, our room was always hot and the wall thermostat didnt seem to work, especially at night under the comforter. Also the pillows were too soft and the mattress topper wasnt comfortable. Finally, the receptionist told us about the charge for airport dropoff after givimg the idea that it was complimentary. Best part was the McDonald's right there, very convenient on snowy days.

Decent hotel, with some improvements needed.
The receptionist was not helpful, and he greeted us with an unfriendly attitude. For our group of three rooms, he only had one key and opened our doors and instructed us to put credit cards in the electrical initiation unit! The hotel itself is what you would expect for that category. The breakfast is also mediocre but Fatima improved our overall experience with her kindness and helpfulness.

Stayed here for a night before my flight. Was very impressed by the cleanliness and staff were nice as well! Really enjoyed the McDonald’s connected to it, overall it was a great atmosphere. In walking distance to a few restaurants and stores as well.

Overall not bad and meets most my requirements. Only 3 negatives from my 7 day stay. 1. Stand up shower didn’t drain well not sure if it was designed that way or if it was clogged. It never overflowed but standing in a puddle of water was quite annoying. 2. Underneath the bed was very gross and dirty. At least 2-3 months of dust 3. Underground parking was a ripoff. Almost $250 CHF for 7 days. I think I could’ve used it for free as everytime I brought the ticket to the front desk they never asked me for a room number. So learn from me and try for free.

Absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean room. Brand new furnishings. The room was listed as 2 king beds and had a completely seperate bedroom with a locking door on it which is great for families. Really nice shower with seat and bathroom with two sinks. The included breakfast was absolutely incredible. The best breakfast buffet I ever had with an array of delectable delights. Highly recommend! It is in a great area, very close to the airport. There is an Aldi right across the street.

Property was good. Not in walking distance of any good reaturants and the reatirant was over priced. We paid 70 Euro for 1 pizza 1 salad and 2 waters! 15 min shuttle to the airport for 8Euro. Breakfast was ok but pricy $26 Euro. I would not stay here again but it was clean and the people were nice.
