Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel is well located close to main attractions. However it is not 5 star hotel, rooms are tired, with dirty carpets, walls and baseboards. I had also multiple hair in my bed. When reported it I was told it will be faster to get cleaner to change bedlinen then to arrange new room. The rooms are also not well desinged. My room was super spacious with separate sitting area with tv and bedroom space with no window and no tv. Bathroom shower is also not well design with corner bath and the shower curtain that is not protecting from getting the bathroom splashed with water during showering. The service is also not geat, it is impossible to reach reception by the phone and to order room service I had to find phone number for the hotel restaurant online. The restaurant staff did not know if there is separate room service menu and as there is none in the room I had to use online menu for the restaurant. The food was brought to the room without any coverage which is not hygienic and meant it was loosing heat as well. The hotel was also very strict about check in no ealier then 3 pm, even when booking a day before there was plenty rooms available, being just abour 1.5h ealier I was told to wait and go somewhere and come back no elalier then 3 pm as the room is not ready. Receptionst has suggested potentially having coffee in hotel resturant however after being told to go out I did not feel comortable staying in the hotel resturant. This did not felt like 5 star hotel hospitality
