Personnel peu serviable. Après avoir envoyé un message via le site Expedia et via email pour confirmer la navette de l'aéroport et ne recevant pas de réponse, j'ai du les appeler. Ils m'ont dit qu'une chambre pourtant confirmée sur le site Expedia n'était pas disponible au prix confirmé. J'ai insisté et finalement j'ai eu une chambre. L'adresse email figurant sur le site n'était pas la bonne. Le personnel a oublié de me remettre un paquet laissé pour moi à la réception.
