Good location, beds are so comfy and soft. Overall the hotel is a little tired but maybe reworks are happening slowly.
We travelled with kids and used the pool but it’s very small and no shade or chairs to sit and settle in.
Thanks to Hotels.com for offering a deal which included breakfast and parking, that’s rare these days so it was nice.
Excellent as always! Really friendly efficient staff. Breakfast is really good and great value. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean with great amenities. Fantastic location. Our favourite place to stay in Sydney! Hope to be back again soon.
All of hotel staff are polite. I requested for late check out and offered. Hotel surroundings are very good. Foods,bus station etc...will stay again if I go back to Sydney next time.
The location of the Hotel was perfect for our short stay in Sydney. Short walks to so many attractions. The pool was a welcome spot during very humid weather.
Great size room with 2queen beds , very comfortable with great pillows .very quiet and handy location .
Cocktails at bar were bit ordinary , and never before have I seen a cocktail served in a schooner glass . My sisters Mojito was .
The hotel is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the light rail station, 20 mins wall to the circular quay, 15 mins to major train station where you can access all kind of transportation to all major tourist spots. The price is very reasonable as it is not right in the centre but it is definitely close enough. Eateries are everywhere. The property itself is ok but bravo to the young management team who is able to make prompt decision to rectify couple issues before they escalated to more stressful condition. Extra thanks to the shift managers Jordan and Catherine who have right balances between customer services and corporate perspective

Very impressed with this hotel and its staff. I had emailed prior to our arrival to see if we could check-in earlier and received a very polite email back to say it may not be possible depending on room availability, which I completely appreciate. However when we got there around 11am the staff were very accommodating and booked us into a room immediately. Not only that, but we were upgraded to the top floor! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was actually comfy! I was also impressed that shortly after going into our room the phone rang and it was reception asking if everything was okay - which it was. We felt very VIP staying here.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of public transport and some city locations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite eating and bar were very handy and reasonably priced. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The air conditioning was a bit hard to regulate, it was either too cold or too warm. It was a ducted system and may be on the oldish side? The room had all the usual amenities that you would require, and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again and would recommend this hotel.
