Cannot fault the service at this hotel. All staff were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay here and it was great to be within walking distance to Circular Quay, Opera House and The Rocks. Can’t wait to return.

the lady checking me in stated “breakfast is included with your stay, it is from 630 to 1030” then they wanted me to pay $50 for it on check out. when i pointed out that the checkin lady said it was included they outright said no, in essence calling me a liar. watch out for this place. stay at intercon or crown plaza, they are not petty like this hotel which is not special. they are understaffed, make you wait, and their breakfast was lame.

The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and quite frankly, the hotel is one of the best in the world. We are well traveled! Thanks, S and M.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Perfect location near Circular Quay and walking distance to the OPT. The room was perfect with plenty of space, great bedding and clean. Breakfast is pricy but the food is amazing with plenty of choice.

Had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent. The room was beautiful. I appreciated the effort to help my mum celebrate her 75th birthday. The breakfast buffet is also well worth the money. We will be back.

Great for family travel
This hotel might feel more old-fashioned compared to other typical Four Seasons hotels. Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere.

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at The Four Seasons Sydney, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were awesome, the service every bit as good and the room and view was superb. If you are so inclined, try 'The Grain Bar' , for a fantastic selection of whiskies from around the world. Looking forward to future stays at the property.
