A nice option for accommodation close to circular Quay and the Rocks. My room was comfortable, my only issue was the blackout blind can be difficult to lower and raise and is not electronically operated like at other hotels nearby. You have to lean over the window seat and find the cord. Not a huge deal but not really a 5 star quality The elevators can be slow and it’s not uncommon to have to wait a while.

My wife and I have always loved the Four Seasons properties in the world.....except the Sydney property falls far short of any Four Seasons. The service at this hotel is nothing like a Four Seasons at other properties. In other words, if you want good service or service that will not have you waiting for an hour......then this is not the hotel you are looking for. The property is in a great location and the rooms are nice, but if you need some type of service - you will wait and wait and wait some more until you decide to complain....if there is someone to complain to.
