Clean and tidy BUT !!!!
Room was clean and spacious. Only problem was the walls are very thin and all we heard while trying to get to sleep was next door out on their balcony and they were also smoking for hours on end and it stunk.

I was there three nights - the location is A and close to transport (train and bus), Westfield, cafes etc The room was super quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the linen, towels etc all clean and the floor washed and carpet vacuumed. What I didn't like was that there were small cockroaches in the bathroom (I reported to front desk). Also a kitchenette promised with a microwave and double cook top but without a toaster (?), no teaspoons (?), and two small pots... I just think they could do so much better with so little effort.

Good basic hotel; but not a resort property.
I chose this hotel based on expectations on being familiar with this hotel chain. It was also close to my desired business appointments and served breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable with excellent WiFi. The breakfast was a buffet and the servers were great. All of the staff was very friendly. However, some of the basic services were a little lacking. One example is that one of the elevators/lifts was broken down for most of my trip. Another example is that two large purple laundry carts were left in my hallway (directly outside the lifts) every day - which made the hotel feel a little like a budget hotel or hostel. However, my biggest concern was that there were very few restaurants in the area which were open for dinner; this meant that we had to get rides elsewhere every night. Of course, the lack of dinner restaurants is not the hotel's fault.

It is very hard to find. Very little signage and just a single door off Spring Street. We tried ringing several times to get directions, but the phone went unanswered on each occasion. Finally stopped in the street and asked at a Chemist shop only 75mtrs away and they did not know either. Luckily one of their customers heard our enquiry and assisted.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was close to shops and food outlets and close to where we were going for our event. Nothing remarkable about the accomodation or the location.

Front office staff so friendly and helpful. Large room with great amenities, very clean. Really comfy bed. It was in the perfect location for us as we went to an event at Centennial Park. Really nice breakfast at the little cafe at the hotel near reception. Also great staff here too. Highly recommended!

Good hotel for a quick stay for sports and close enough by Uber to Bondi beach, they did put someone else in our room however were great at rectifying this, even got a bottle of bubbles and free coffees to make up for the inconvenience, staff communication was great
