Perfect spot for us. but the lights from the balconies around the room could be darker or lights could be turned off. My room was very bright which we didn’t like. Apart from that. Perfect and will come and stay again.

The room was very dirty( hair in shower,stained carpet, bench tops dirty, cutlery not washed properly). The TV reception was poor.A bedside table was broken. We put up the green sign( save the planet) but staff came in and made the bed.Asked reception why and can I redeem the 500 pts .Told I wasn't a member of IHG even after I gave my number! In hindsight I should have gone to the Crown Plaza in Darling Harbor after the first night (as I had stayed there before) as it Gold in comparison and similar price! We were very,very disappointed!

Room was clean and spacious. Only problem was the walls are very thin and all we heard while trying to get to sleep was next door out on their balcony and they were also smoking for hours on end and it stunk.

Have stayed here before when it was Quest apartments. Parking is a challenge and a cost extra on top of booking. had to go of site for meals but plenty of options near by
