The room was nice but the bathroom was quite dated and in need of an update( taps leaked, broken tiles etc) The pool area and gym is in desperate need of an update. Small things like providing amenities for 4 people instead of 2 were missed. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The location is very convinient with ample food options nearby and easy walking distance to barangaroo and circular quay.

The Radisson Blu is a great location, within easy walking distance to shopping, Queen Victoria building, Circular Quay (ferries, bridge view and Opera House). The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and provided exceptional service. The only disappointment was the pool and spa. The spa wasn't very hot. The pool is small with limited sitting area and no area to relax poolside.

This hotel had great employees, THE best shower (hot with pressure), comfy beds and pillows, and in a great location. Downside: leaving out the hotel on the Pitts Street side requires climbing steps - no elevator

You get a lot for the higher rate - comprehensive toiletries, plush stylish slippers, spacious rooms. And a very convenient location - walkable to Hyde Park, Botanical Gardens, cruise ship terminal, The Rocks, Chinatown, George Street, etc. pre-booked breakfast buffet is very good value. Almost double the price if you add it when checking in.
