I did not like that the first two nights my sheets smelled like smoke. Then I addressed this with the staff and they told me that there is no smoking in this hotel. Which I was aware of but the other people did not get the memo. As we were walking out of our room on day 3 there was a person ready to light up her cigarette in the hallway. Cigarette in mouth. I appreciate that the staff changed my sheets.

The perfect location
The hotel is in an excellent location on Pitt St - main shopping area. It’s also just a 5 minute stroll the Circular Quay and The Rocks Market. The staff we’re lovely and the food was excellent

The hotel is in a very convenient location for the City Recital Hall music performances and public transport. Staff were helpful and pleasant. 12md checkout is excellent. Pool was nice.
