Nice property. I was ln the first floor and a great view of the bridge. Bed was firm and the pillows too which I like. I did not eat at the hotel so I have no opinions on the food it did smell good. The train station was a block away. However the train runs under the hotel every 6 minutes in both directions. So if you are a light sleeper probably not the place for you. One guy opinion

This property has seen better days. It is run down and overall cleanliness in the main areas is lacking. No on site parking, with very little close public parking, makes it less than convenient. The public transportation systems are good and lots of walkable stores. The beach is very close.

We just picked this Hotel for our first time visit to Sydney . 4 Nights . The welcome from the check in desk was amazing . Breakfast included fantastic selection. Also Dinner in the restaurant was good we ate twice . Taxis ales available to the Opera House and Harbour quays . The perfect view

From our 9th floor room we had a milkion dollar view of Sydney. The accommodation was impeccable and the service the same. We had in room dinning during our stay and was as good as any restaurant you could dine at. Walk to trains and buses that got us everywhere we wanted. Definitely be back!

Great location, conveniently located next to North Sydney station which is just 2 stops away from downtown Sydney. Great view from the hotel and a nice short walk down to the waterfront. Safe neighbourhood with eateries nearby.

Had a problem with light switch, couldn’t find it, sounds silly, was trying to go to bed, called manager and he couldn’t find it, turns out that their are only 2 rooms in the whole hotel that have these crazy spots to turn off lights, manager took care of me to my satisfaction, great hotel

It is by the train, so if you're sensitive to noise then I dont recommend. It didnt bother me, since you get a nice view of the harbour bridge. The TV channel selection, subpar. But overall decent hotel to stay at, room was clean and no issues. I would stay again if in North sydney.

The only good thing was the view which they obviously make their money from. 2 staff members on Sat nite had to request extra blanket for 6 yr old who needed to sleep,did not come went down to get it told will bring it to you took 3 phone calls staff on break get it to you when we can.. TV not working no water glasses and room had awful smell. Fawlty towers!
