Beautiful view which is really the draw card but I otherwise found the property to be noisy with trains passing, and also as my room was located right next to the fucntion space. Reasonable price for the view with the city easy to access

The view was pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. It was great for watching the NYE fireworks, but we had to suffer through the following: 1. On arrival, there was no accessible entry into the hotel and luggage had to be carried up flights of stairs through the back entrance. The reception was completely unapologetic about this 2. Room service was shoddy,happening only when the sign was hung outside the door and even when they did come by, garbage was not thrown/utensils not washed or replaced/amenities not replenished/surfaces left unclean 3. We had four keycards for two rooms, all of which stopped working at some point or the other over a 4 night stay. Any time these had to be replaced, both the room keycards had to be replaced at the same time - again with no apology from staff 4. On the final night, the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. The evacuation was unclear, the reception staff could not answer if we needed to bring our aged parents down the stairs or not and kind of just shrugged it off, the few of us who had evacuated were told ''everything is fine'' some time later with no explanation, and no apology made for the whole experience 5. On checkout, we were informed by reception that the account was settled. A few days later, we were charged on the credit card on file - which is fine if there were any pending charges, but we received no notification or invoice for said charges from the hotel, but simply charged without explanation Would not recommend.

I chose this property for the view which was fabulous. The staff was also very helpful, the bedding comfortable and the walk over the bridge (approximately.66 miles each way) great exercise. You can also take the train which we never did and twice took taxis. The breakfast and restaurant were disappointing. A fabulous view with a mediocre buffet in the morning and no atmosphere at night. With this view, this restaurant should be one of the best in Sydney but isn’t. Plan on eating in the city but I would recommend staying there

Old, stinks, our first room had a nonstop running toilet, water everywhere, we ask for another room, nobody help to move luggage and Apple at reception was unbelievably ignorant telling us to leave all luggage behind if we wanna change room?! Really ! Refused help! Plus we booked view room and had railroad tracks Horrible hotel, old, dirty, no service, we want our money back ! It ruined our day/ night! Plus impossible to ging - even with 2 phone gps

Ideally location and Spectacular View
The view from the room of the Sydney Harbour is amazing. Full view of the NYE fireworks, Luna Park and Sydney Bridge. Walking distance to the Harbour’s edge. Access to the Ferry transit from Milsons Point. No better place to discover Sydney from. The staff is super nice and considerate. The morning breakfasts are loaded with a crazy number of options including fresh honey from crave from honeycomb. When I return, this is where I’ll stay.

Great location but the hotel is in need of repairs. The carpets in hallways and walkways are HORRIBLE. At check-in, there are no bellhops and had to haul luggage up steep stairs to get into hotel as entrance to hotel was blocked to all cars. Felt sorry for some of the elderly trying to get into the hotel. The hotel did offer a great breakfast buffet.
