Fast lifts always prompt. The smell in the foyer is their signature scent-amazing. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and everything works as it should. I read negative reviews as I do for every place before a stay. I was not charged any extra that I shouldn’t be. My only negative feedback was don’t do the price promise they have on their website. They tell customers to book with them then show them cheaper ones but has all these terms & conditions so I didn’t. I emailed them and John their manager said yes send the link. It took him days to reply no they won’t match it. I gave them feedback they should not have that as some may get tricked thinking they can book direct with the hotel and they’ll beat/match it. Last min was the best price even the hotel couldn’t beat.Overall highly recommend. Nothing went wrong and the location is so close to the tram and centre of it all.

The room I was assigned to had a problem with the wall in the bathroom and kept making cracking and raddling noise. It so bad I had to ask for a room change at mid-night as er I was ready to retire for the night after a long flight. Then the room I was assigned to had a terrible view with two buildings on each side, one side was a wall. Because of the room change, I was not able to go to sleep till 1 AM. When I arrived at the hotel, I went up to the front desk and waited to be serviced but a young male front desk staff did not even notice I was waiting and ended up helping someone who came after. When I checked out, I was told there was a charge from the lobby bar from the night I checked in. I did not go to the bar at all but somebody charged it to my room. I told the front desk girl I did not even go to the bar and asked her to remove the charge but refused to do so until she had a chance to check with the bar server.

The hotel is truly spectacular and located in the heart of Sydney, from where you can easily get to the different points of interest. You will also find convenient access to public transportation, which is very clean. The hotel building itself is truly impressive, and the staff is very friendly and always willing to meet your needs.
