Terrible stay, very tiny rooms for that price no idea how you can pay close to $500 for that type of room. Stay elsewhere like four seasons or Shangri La for that price. I was staring at a graffiti carpark. Had to shut the curtains awful. Thought I’d go up to the bar atleast make most of it as they market this place with their bar, I was turned away need a booking. That much for hotel, tiny room can’t access their main bar. In the rush to get out I forgot my jbl speaker, they didn’t even have decency to post it complimentary for issues. So told them to keep it and they did so willingly. Sell it make some more profits lol. Enjoy!

Mostly excellent. Small things were bothersome: bathroom door with a wide gap when closed so people in room can see into shower, no fan in the bathroom, a few switches faulty, servicing of room didn't replace coffee pods, the coffee pod machine - I personally hate this coffee and would just prefer quality instant over a pod, pool barely heated. Overall though it was pleasant. The surrounding street either side of hotel was a bit grotty.

A room is cosy for my solo trip, however i hope the hotel can keep some hidden spot; underneath of a sink, coffee area, less dusty I count use a hair dryer cause its so dusty like no one touching it for so long. Also, can we have some bathrooms essential like; hair shower cover.. so its more love and care with a guest. When i am checking out, no one in a reception asking me how was my stay. Haha we can do it better with a hospitality right. The hotel make me feel unsafe when everyone next door open / close a door, a noise make me feel someone try to open my room door. Anyway i am enjoying Sydney. Thank u
