Unrealised potential
While the unit has all the facilities and could be a real gem, it was disappointing that almost every little thing that could be wrong was wrong. A half-used shampoo in the bathroom and a dirty child's sock in the main bedroom showed the cleaning was less than perfect. The fridge had not been turned on. Every bedroom door has glass panels, which doesn't allow much privacy even with the louvered blind on each door, and the stained couch and empty cushions in the lounge were not really satisfactory for a unit that was not exactly cheap. And while we recognise that the kitchenette has been set up on top of a large boxed in area that must be covering some infrastructure for the place below, it is on top of a large boxed-in area and therefore out of reach for the average person (I am 198cm tall and could only just reach the powerpoint to turn on the fridge). Please spend more time getting this old office space really ready for people to stay in. And one last thing. Finding the parking area was a real chore. The address given on the check-in letter does NOT take you to the parking, and it would be better to give physical directions since no address I entered into Google brought us anywhere near it!

We loved staying in this old cottage. It had a great feel to it. All toiletries and linen were provided. Plenty of toilet paper you didn’t run out. It is great for a family who wants to eat out lot. As only a kitchenette. It was perfect for us as there is so many places to eat in Adelaide

Very comfortable beds with quality linen. Immaculately clean. Quiet at night, security gate on stairs. Parking spot. Easy 15 min walk into the cbd. Nice cafe and pub on next corner. We’ll happily stay again.
