Excellent property, right in the heart of Adelaide CBD within easy walking distance of pretty much everything worth going to! Staff were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in & were helpful in explaining hotel facilities. Result - a terrific stay.
The Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect with trains & trams just meters away. Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Totally would recommend to everyone
Although the room was not huge , it had everything we needed . We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was sufficient for us . It was very quiet and the block out blind made it very easy to sleep in . The breakfast included was perfectly fine for us , had something for everyone. Check in and check out were quick and seamless . Would definitely choose holiday inn again and not only in Adelaide.

Thre was a smell lingering in the bathroom. Housekeeping said maybe sewer gases.
The Holiday Inn Express is a very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay if youre in Adelaide. I was very impressed with the room and the quality of the amenities.
Situated in a dirty street.
Cheap quality mattress, which was very springy and uncomfortable. No difference between firm and soft pillows.
Basic amenities were missing- No bottled water in room, no bathrobe or room slippers. No toiletries (unless you ask for it).
Limited breakfast buffet but nothing to complain about as it was complimentary.
Bathroom is a joke. Its a shower screen within the room instead of an ensuite.

Best hotel to our overall South Australia stay and the best value (cheapest price considering it was CBD vs rural accomodation).
Nothing major to fault about the accomodation and would definitely stay there again if going to Adelaide.
The level of detail that was considered was impressive.
Complimentary breakfast was appreciated, if you just wanted sth light and quick before you start the day. There’s hot breakfast that wasn’t the greatest but like I said decent enough to get you started for a busy day.

Car park was included, however you are only able to leave once per day. Otherwise l, you pay $25 thereafter.
