The customer service and complementary breakfast was good. Food and adequate seating at the lobby was excellent. Room wasn't that big how its shows on advertisement. Toilet shower vent was really dirty looks like they haven't been clean for 5 years. The area wasn't safe as lots of drug busted people at the entrance of the hotel. My mrs nearly got robbed, but the security guard saved her. No parking for the hotel, the arrangement they have with local parking facility wasn't cost effective.

Outstanding!
Easily the hotel under the Holiday Inn Express banner that I’ve seen. Super clean and brightly lit room. Large spotless shower with great water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
