Great spot. We really only needed a bed for the night but it would be an ideal place to stay with a family. Loved that we didn’t have to walk far to get a delicious meal.

Odd room layout
Stayed in Annexe room, for two. There was a large desk/table in bedroom, only one bedside table with desk type lamp on, desk/table had bedside light on, had to more it close to bed to use bedside light. TV high up on wall in sitting area, no light/lamp near couch. A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning of front of cupboards and edges in kitchen area required.

We have been staying at Old Lion each year for 10 years. When travelling to Adelaide it feels like our home away from home. Comfortable, clean and convenient. The apartments are spacious and fit our family perfectly. Easy parking and close to ammenities, transport and the CBD. No doubt we will continue travelling back, and look forward to it each time

Great little apartment. Maybe a few more TV options or an apple TV/google TV so that you can stream your own. Car Park is a little tight for larger vehicles but other than that absolutely perfect. Great dining options close by and nice walking options. Easy walk to city and transport.

We always like staying at the Lion Apartments because it’s in such a good location. The service is always friendly, the apartments are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely be back.
